We are looking for a Associate Customer Relations Executive who will be the vital link between our customers and our operations team.
Rubrix Analytics is a venture with founders from IIT/IIM operating in the School (K12) Segment.
We are eager to talk to you if you are committed, responsible and self motivated individual with a knack for effectively collaborating between different stakeholders to produce quality output and is looking for a demanding job with very high impact. The job will be based out of Ernakulam, Kerala. Rotational shifts - Morning shift : 7am- 4pm & Evening shift : 1pm - 10pm.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Visit customer sites (schools) for giving trainings and demos
- Understand, analyze and validate the business needs of customers
- Training and On-boarding customers onto our platform
- Document and communicate to operations and product teams on change requests
- Communicate to customers clearly on product,
features and workflows
Required Skill Set:
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks diligently
- Strong customer service orientation
- Computer Savvy
- MS Office Proficiency
