About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic **COO / Business Head** to lead and scale our MEP Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing end-to-end operations, managing profit & loss (P&L;), developing high-performing teams, and ensuring successful execution of MEP projects while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Leadership

* Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

* Lead the overall operations of the MEP Division.

* Identify recent business opportunities and market expansion strategies.

* Drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

* Establish long-term business plans and growth initiatives.

Business Development

* Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and channel partners.

* Identify new project opportunities in commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure sectors.

* Participate in high-value client meetings and negotiations.

* Review and approve major commercial proposals and contracts.

Operations Management

* Oversee the execution of multiple MEP projects simultaneously.

* Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.

* Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and productivity.

* Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, Execution, and Service teams.

Financial Management

* Manage the division's Profit & Loss (P&L;).

* Prepare annual budgets and revenue forecasts.

* Monitor project profitability and cost control.





* Improve operational margins through effective planning and execution.

Team Management

* Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and senior managers.

* Build a performance-driven culture.

* Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.

* Drive employee engagement and leadership development.

Client Relationship Management

* Develop strong relationships with key customers.

* Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

* Represent the company in industry events and business forums.

Compliance & Quality

* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards.

* Implement best practices for quality, safety, and operational excellence.

* Monitor risk management and governance across projects.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

* MBA (Marketing/Operations/Project Management) preferred.
