We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer 5-8 years with expertise in backend development and AI systems. In this role, you will build scalable backend platforms, AI-powered agents, and real-time voice applications while contributing to the product's overall architecture and technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
- Build and optimize microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Develop AI-powered agents using Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks and multi-agent systems.
- Work on real-time voice applications utilizing Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.
- Integrate external APIs, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems.




- Experience working with LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with voice systems, including STT/TTS technologies and real-time streaming architectures.
- Exposure to MCP or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building AI copilots, conversational AI applications, or multi-modal systems.
