We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter cum Programmer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC machining. The candidate should have expertise in CNC programming, machine setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and edit CNC programs for machining operations.
- Set up CNC Turning and Machining Center (VMC/HMC) machines.
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
- Optimize machining cycle time while maintaining quality.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Perform first-piece inspection and process validation.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Train operators on machine setup and production processes.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Maintain documentation for CNC programs and process sheets.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CNC Programming and Machine Setting.
- Experience in Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar CNC controls is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lead machine operators and improve productivity.
- Good knowledge of machining processes and quality systems.
- Experience in production planning and continuous process improvement.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
