Responsibilities

- Lead overall technical and project operations across all ongoing projects
- Review and approve critical drawings, BOQs, and key technical decisions
- Ensure inter-department coordination between Projects, Purchase, Finance, and Technical teams
- Lead tender evaluation, technical feasibility analysis, and provide strategic inputs
- Monitor project progress, risks, and cost implications at a strategic level
- Ensure adherence to technical standards, quality benchmarks, and audit compliance
- Handle client escalations, approvals, and high-level technical discussions
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee resource planning, team productivity, and performance management

- Solid experience in construction/project & PEB operations management
- Proven ability to handle multi-project oversight and leadership roles
- Expertise in technical approvals, BOQ evaluation, and design review




- Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of quality standards, compliance, and audits
- Ability to manage client relationships and escalation handling
- Strategic thinking with a focus on efficiency, risk mitigation, and cost control
- Software handling
- System (SOP)ApproachQualification : Diploma or BTech in Civil Engineering or relevant field
