www.vedafactory.com is looking for a Booking Manager to handle venue bookings from start to finish. You'll be the main point of contact for clients — attending calls, understanding their needs, checking availability, suggesting options, confirming bookings, and coordinating payments.

- The role also involves building ongoing relationships with clients so they return for future bookings. It's practical, people-facing, and needs someone organised, responsive, and confident with conversations and negotiations.

What You'll Need

- Graduate in any stream
- Basic Excel skills (tracking bookings, payments, schedules)
- Confident on calls with strong verbal communication
- Ability to understand client needs and explain options clearly
- Basic negotiation and follow-up skills
- Well-organised with details, dates, and client info




- Clear written communication over email & WhatsApp
