Role: Dispatch Executive

Education: B.Com / M.Com / B.Sc. / M.Sc. or related field
Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹4.2 LPA

Shifts:

- Morning Shift: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Second Shift: 01:30 PM – 08:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate dispatch operations for finished goods and semi-finished goods as per dispatch schedules.
- Ensure order-wise picking, packing, and labeling are done accurately and as per SOPs.
- Verify dispatch documents including invoice, challan, packing list, and transporter details.
- Coordinate with Stores, QA/QC, and Production to ensure material release and dispatch readiness.
- Ensure proper handling and packing of goods to prevent damage, leakage, or transit loss.
- Maintain dispatch records and update real-time data in Excel or ERP systems.
- Monitor transporter coordination, vehicle scheduling, and timely dispatch of consignments.
- Ensure compliance with GWP, safety norms, and hygiene standards in the dispatch area.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports,



including pending and completed orders.
- Handle basic returns, shortages, or dispatch discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.

Skills & Requirements

- Basic understanding of dispatch processes, documentation, and logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of GWP and pharma/cosmetics compliance is an added advantage.
- Positive coordination, record-keeping, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
