Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Communicative English & Soft Skills Trainer to help learners enhance their English language proficiency and develop essential workplace skills. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging training sessions focused on spoken English, communication, personality development, interview preparation, presentation skills, teamwork, and professional etiquette. The trainer should assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and create a positive, interactive learning environment that builds confidence and employability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Communicative English and Soft Skills training sessions.
- Improve learners' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Train students in interview skills, group discussions,



presentations, and workplace communication.
- Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare training materials and activities aligned with learning objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Solid presentation, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is preferred.
- Passion for mentoring and developing learners.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
