- Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and training programs
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct walk-ins
- Explain course details, fees structure, and placement opportunities clearly
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student data and update reports in the system regularly
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding student requirements
- Support admission procedures and documentation process
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to team growth
