About the Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who understands the creator economy beyond Instagram.

If you've worked with creators on YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, or other digital communities—or know how to find and build relationships with them—we'd love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creator research, outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do

- Research and identify creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Instagram, and other digital communities.
- Build and maintain creator databases using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Reach out to creators, manage relationships, and negotiate collaborations.
- Coordinate paid, barter, affiliate, and creator-led campaigns.
- Manage campaign timelines, content approvals, and reporting.
- Coordinate with brands, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Stay updated on platform trends and emerging creators across different industries.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Digital Marketing,



or Community Marketing.
- Experience working with creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Telegram, or Instagram.
- Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with Modash, Qoruz, HashFame, HypeAuditor, or similar tools is a plus.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Bonus Points

- Agency experience.
- Experience with Fintech, BFSI, Technology, SaaS, Business, or D2C brands.
- Exposure to affiliate marketing or creator partnerships.
- Passion for following creator trends, online communities, and digital platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,451.60 per month
