About the Role
We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive / Student Counselor to support students interested in pursuing higher education in Europe. The role involves handling inquiries, guiding students through the admission process, and providing professional counseling support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information about European universities, courses, and admission requirements.
- Assist students with the application process, documentation, and eligibility checks.
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins professionally.
- Maintain records of student interactions and application status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of experience in telemarketing,



student counseling, or customer support.
- Experience in overseas education / study abroad services will be an advantage.
- Solid communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Additional languages such as Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada are a plus.
- Good email communication and MS Office skills.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

- Monday – Saturday
- 8 working hours per day
