Our Fashion Studio in Raipur is hiring an experienced Master Tailor to lead our tailoring operations, from cutting and pattern-making to final quality checks.
Responsibilities:
- Cut fabric and create/adapt patterns as per designs
- Oversee garment fitting and quality control
- Supervise and guide junior tailors and trainees
- Coordinate production timelines with the design team
- Maintain quality standards across all finished garments
Requirements:
- Significant experience in cutting, pattern-making, and garment construction
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Excellent eye for fit, detail, and finishing
- Prior experience managing a tailoring team preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
