Location: Kovil Palayam, Annur, Cbe

Reporting To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Perform abrasive blasting operations to prepare metal surfaces for coating applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate blasting equipment safely and efficiently

· Achieve required surface profile and cleanliness standards

· Inspect blasted surfaces and report defects

· Maintain blasting equipment and consumables

· Follow PPE and safety requirements

· Coordinate with coating team to meet production targets

Required Competencies

Technical knowledge, quality awareness, teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)





· Surface preparation quality

· Production output

· Rework reduction

· Safety compliance

· Housekeeping standards

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Higher Secondary. Relevant certification will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions

Factory and coating shop setting requiring the use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
