Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in industrial or factory construction and maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, supervising, and maintaining all civil works within the factory premises while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction projects within the factory premises.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure quality control of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Inspect and maintain factory buildings, roads, drainage systems, compound walls, and other civil infrastructure.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, cost analysis, and material requirements.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations,



statutory requirements, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with utility and maintenance teams for infrastructure-related activities.
- Maintain records of drawings, work orders, maintenance schedules, and project reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements in civil works.
- Support factory expansion, renovation, and infrastructure development projects.
- Strong knowledge of industrial construction practices and civil engineering principles.
- Experience in project planning, execution, and site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management software is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and contract management.
- Familiarity with IS codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Robust communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
