We're Hiring | QA Lead – Master Data Management (Senior Resource)

Are you an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Migration Assurance?

We're looking for a senior professional to join our team with 5 -10 Years

Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite – Full Time)
Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities:
Review & validate the Data Migration Strategy (scope, methodology, migration waves, environments, cutover, rollback, and business validation)
Assess data readiness, including source systems, extraction readiness, business ownership, and source data quality
Independently review data mapping, cleansing, transformation logic, code conversions, and Oracle alignment
Ensure migration controls for extraction,



transformation, loading, reconciliation, and sign-offs
Validate testing across Playbacks, SIT, and UAT
Review reconciliation across HR, Finance, and SCM data objects
Drive defect management and environment readiness assurance
Support production cutover readiness and overall migration quality assurance.

We're looking for a senior resource with solid experience in Data Migration QA, MDM, Oracle implementations, and enterprise ERP transformation projects.
