Netsterz Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled Meta Ads Expert with hands-on experience in developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. We're looking for someone with proven experience in campaign strategy, audience targeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
Work Mode : Work from office only
Required Skills :
1. Campaign Setup: Can create Meta campaigns from scratch using Ads Manager for Lead Generation and Conversions and can navigate through the platform.
2. Lead Forms Creation: Knows how to set up native Meta Instant Forms to capture lead info directly on Facebook/Instagram and knows about 3 types of instant form (high volume, high intent and rich creative) and about conditional questions.
3. Audience Building: Can target audiences using demographics/interests, custom customer lists, and Lookalikes. Knows when to use Advantage+ and when not to.
4. Creative & Copy: Can combine provided images/videos, headlines,
and basic primary text to create Feed and Story/Reel ads. Can differentiate between good copy and bad copy.
5. Pixel & Tracking Basics: Understands how the Meta Pixel works and can confirm conversion tracking is working on landing pages.
6. Daily Performance Monitoring: Know about KPIs and can tracks key metrics daily (CPL - Cost Per Lead, CTR - Click-Through Rate, CPM etc) and report them.
7. Basic Optimization: Knows when to turn off low-performing ads, increase budget on winning ads, and switch up tired creatives.
