We are looking for a Billing & Counter Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer billing, managing counter operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Generate bills and invoices accurately using billing software.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Assist customers at the counter and respond to their queries.
- Maintain daily billing and sales records.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams when required.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
- Support general administrative and operational activities.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of billing or counter staff experience.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle cash and maintain records accurately.

Languages Required:

English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
