We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, manage financial records, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Support management in financial decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- CMA, CA, or equivalent certification.
