Experience- 1 to 3 Years | Salary- 18 k to 25k per month

Main Duties

- Process Money: Send out and track payments using online banking, checks, or digital systems.
- Check Records: Match daily bank statements with company records to find errors.
- Talk to Clients: Call or email customers and vendors to clear up delayed bills or missing payments.
- Write Reports: Make lists and updates on money spent and money received for managers.

Skills Needed





- Computer Use: Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and software like Busy or Tally.
- Good Eye: Strong focus on numbers to stop mistakes.
- Talking Skills: Clear speech and polite writing to handle vendor questions.
- Time Control: Ability to meet strict calendar days for paying bills.

Education and Experience

- Qualification: A degree in commerce, business, or finance (like a B.Com).
- Work History: One to two years of office work in basic accounts or billing.
