Role Description: This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role based in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide product information for specialty chemicals, electronic components, displays, and magnetics. The role includes qualifying leads, preparing quotations, following up on proposals, and coordinating with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing. The individual will maintain and grow assigned accounts, update CRM records, track sales activities, and support sales reporting and forecasting. Regular collaboration with the external sales team and technical staff is expected to address customer requirements and support customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing orders.
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction,



with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to customer needs.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management, including nurturing prospects and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently.
- Comfort with CRM or sales management tools, and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Background in industrial, electronics, chemical distribution, or related B2B sales is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
- Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
