Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Teleperformance Executive to engage with prospective clients, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team in converting premium customers through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound enquiries.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Build positive relationships with customers through qualified interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer engagement.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate product or service information.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and customer handling abilities.




- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Experience in handling premium or luxury customer segments is an added advantage.

- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport and convert enquiries into qualified leads.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
