Job Summary
Anthea Resort is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have experience working in hotel, resort, or restaurant kitchens and be willing to work at our remote resort location.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables and other ingredients.
- Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Store ingredients and supplies properly.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and keep the kitchen organized.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience as a Kitchen Helper in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to relocate and work at a remote location
