Recruitment & Selection:
- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
- Designing the Recruitment plan in accordance with Manpower requirement forecast.
- Collect required documents from the new hires and fix joining date of the candidate.
- Conducting past verification of employee from past employer (if needed)
- Maintain complete documentation for the recruitment, offer letter and joining formalities, Salary
Negotiations.

Should know about Team Handling, Grooming & motivation… EMPLOYEE PSYCHOLOGY.

Should be Target oriented and be comfortable in monthly target based recruitment job.
-Good know of latest company systems & policies (HR - ISO / CMMI)

Should be on in HR or Recruiter position from a corporate background.
