Ferntastica Gardens Ltd. is looking for an experienced Visiting Horticulture Site Supervisor to supervise landscape development and garden maintenance projects across Mumbai.

Responsibilities

- Visit multiple project sites daily.
- Supervise gardeners and labour teams.
- Ensure proper planting and horticultural practices.
- Monitor quality of landscape work.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve site issues.
- Maintain daily site reports with photographs.
- Ensure materials are used efficiently.
- Follow project schedules and deadlines.
- Report labour requirements and site progress to management.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety at every site.

Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in landscaping or horticulture.
- Valuable knowledge of ornamental plants, irrigation and maintenance.
- Ability to manage labour teams.
- Good communication skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred(optional)
- Comfortable travelling across Mumbai.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
