Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Databricks to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, cloud platforms, and large-scale data processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks.
- Implement data integration and transformation processes from multiple data sources.
- Optimize data performance and ensure data quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to support analytical needs.
- Work with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for data storage and management.
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices are followed.

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, and PySpark).
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline development, ETL processes, and workflow orchestration.
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud data ecosystems (Azure preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
