We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated and detail-oriented Highway/Structures Draftsman to join our Design Team at our Gurugram Headquarters and contribute to a wide range of infrastructure consultancy assignments.

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Drafting / Civil Engineering (Mandatory). Certification in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or BIM-related software will be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience in drafting for Highways, Bridges, Flyovers, Metro Rail, Railways and Building projects. Experience in DPR, Detailed Design, GFC Drawings, Construction Drawings and Tender Drawings for Government or Infrastructure Consultancy projects will be preferred.

Technical & Skilled Expertise: Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS Mapping, Plex Earth, MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel) and preparation of Alignment Plans, Plan & Profile Drawings, Cross-Sections, Junction Layouts, Drainage Layouts, Utility Drawings, RCC Box Culverts, Pipe Culverts, Bridge General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), Structural Drawings, Reinforcement Details and GFC Drawings. Working knowledge of IRC, MoRTH, IS, NBC and RDSO Codes,



drawing standards, layer management, revision control and document management systems will be preferred.

Desired Competencies: Strong drafting and visualization skills, attention to detail, drawing coordination, analytical ability, teamwork, communication, time management, willingness to learn, ability to work under project deadlines and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed drawings for Two-Lane, Four-Lane and Six-Lane Highways, Bridges, Flyovers, Viaducts, Metro Rail, Railway and Building projects across plain, rolling and hilly terrain; develop Plan, Profile, Alignment, Cross-Section, Drainage, Utility, Culvert, Bridge and Structural Drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D; prepare DPR, Detailed Design, Tender and GFC Drawings; coordinate with Highway, Bridge, Structural and Survey Engineers for design updates; incorporate revisions and maintain drawing accuracy; ensure compliance with IRC, MoRTH, IS, NBC and RDSO Standards; maintain drawing registers, revision records and quality standards in accordance with Company procedures.
