About the Role

Devlomatix Solutions is looking for enthusiastic, self-driven, and ambitious individuals to join our Business Development team. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate quality leads for IT and software services.
- Approach potential clients through calls, meetings, emails, social media, and networking.
- Promote company services including:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- Custom Software Solutions
- WhatsApp Business Automation
- AI Solutions & Automation
- ERP & CRM Solutions
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify repeat business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Passion for sales and business development.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided).
- Prior experience in IT sales or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
