Job Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
- Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,



and LinkedIn business accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and content strategies.
- Experience in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be given preference.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts across different industries is an added advantage.
