Position: HR-Executive
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily employee attendance, leave records, and overtime details accurately.
- Coordinate and track daily payments to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain employee reimbursement and claim records accurately and ensure timely documentation.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee attendance and related records.
- Handle employee queries, conflicts, and grievances in a professional and confidential manner.
- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection support.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Conduct employee exit formalities, including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Build and maintain positive employee relations and support employee engagement initiatives.




- Coordinate labour welfare activities and ensure compliance with company practices.
- Maintain effective cross functional coordination for day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required by the management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or MBA in Human Resources.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resource.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
