Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team at Olegio Gastronomy Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Recommend menu items and promote special offers
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and dining area
- Handle cash, POS systems, and billing procedures efficiently
- Restock supplies and report inventory needs
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum high school qualification (preferred)




- Prior experience as a barista or in food service is an advantage
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
