- Systems Upkeep: Inspect and repair HVAC units, plumbing lines, electrical panels, and swimming pool filtration systems.
- Preventative Care: Run scheduled checks on back-of-house utility plants, generators, and sewage treatment units to stop breakdowns.
- Guest Service: Answer direct repair calls or fix room hardware, lighting, and appliances quickly with minimal disruption.
- Vendor Coordination: Supervise outside contractors during major property upgrades or specialized machine fixes.
- Record Keeping: Log daily maintenance tasks, manage spare parts inventory, and track safety standard compliances
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 6+ years working in general property maintenance or hospitality engineering.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
