About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and driven SEO Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, technical SEO, and performance monitoring. This is a night shift role, suited for professionals comfortable working with international clients and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities
- Execute on-page optimization strategies including title tags, meta descriptions, URL structure, internal linking, and content improvements
- Implement off-page SEO activities such as backlink building, guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach
- Perform regular technical audits to identify and resolve crawl issues, broken links, and other technical SEO problems
- Track and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations effectively
- Analyze competitors and provide insights for strategic planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Familiarity with HTML, CMS platforms (like WordPress), and basic web development practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently during night shift hours
