Salary

- Probation Period (First 3 Months): ₹15,000 per month
- After Successful Completion of Probation: ₹18,000 per month

About Bharosa24

Bharosa24 is a quick-growing digital news platform creating content for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who can produce engaging news videos, Shorts, and Reels.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Edit 2–3 YouTube videos daily.
- Create 8–15 YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.
- Add captions, transitions, graphics, B-roll, and background music.
- Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails.
- Upload videos to YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook with optimized titles, descriptions, and hashtags.
- Maintain organized project files and meet daily deadlines.
- Collaborate with the anchor and content team to ensure timely publication.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of CapCut and Canva.
- Understanding of YouTube, Instagram,



and Facebook content formats.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced news environment.
- Willingness to learn and improve.

Preferred Qualifications

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Portfolio of edited videos (college, freelance, or personal projects accepted).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 2–3 long-form YouTube videos per day.
- 8–15 Shorts/Reels per day.
- 2–3 thumbnails per day.
- Consistent quality and on-time delivery.
