Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining solutions focused on Microsoft Windows environments and Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems. The individual will apply foundational technical skills to implement code changes, resolve basic issues, and ensure adherence to established processes and quality standards within the assigned team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop scripts and utilities using Microsoft Windows tools to automate routine system tasks as assigned.
2. Apply basic configurations and support to Symantec DLP solutions by following provided guidelines to address client requests.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve easy technical issues in Microsoft Windows environments under supervision.
4. Assist in updating documentation for Windows and DLP processes and solutions as required by the team.
5.



Participate in team code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance understanding of Microsoft Windows and Symantec DLP best practices.
Skill Requirements
1. Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows operating system administration and scripting.
2. Fundamental knowledge of Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and configurations.
3. Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for Windows environments.
4. Basic skills in technical documentation and following established coding standards.

1. Microsoft Certified: Windows Client (optional but valuable)
2. Symantec Data Loss Prevention Technical Specialist (optional but valuable)
