Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience hiring across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, BPO, or Travel profiles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

Preferred

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
