We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers through outbound calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our financial education products and services, and converting leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in handling objections, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound and cold calls to prospective customers.
- Explain FinGrad's products and convert leads into customers.
- Handle customer queries, address objections, and ensure effective follow-ups.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Update customer records and sales activities in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with an interest in sales. Interest in financial markets is a plus.
- Interest in financial markets, investing, or financial education will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
