We are looking for a agile and experienced Techno-Commercial Engineer to join our O&M; Services team. Budget is open.

Experience

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in the metal industry.
- Experience in copper smelting will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and offers for Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) service contracts.
- Develop technical and commercial estimates, costing, and bid documentation.
- Manage and coordinate multiple O&M; project sites.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and smooth project execution.
- Provide process engineering support and recommend operational improvements.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong process knowledge of metal processing, preferably copper smelting.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial offers, tenders, and bid documents.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for estimation, costing, and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT,



Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms) for improving productivity and proposal preparation will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to independently handle client interactions and manage multiple project sites.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
