Dimpex Jewels Pvt Ltd designs and manufactures fine jewelry for . We're looking for a skilled MatrixGold CAD Designer to join our in-house design team and help bring client concepts and original designs to life — from first sketch to production-ready 3D model.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Jewelry CAD Designer with hands-on MatrixGold experience to create precise, manufacturable 3D models for rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, and custom pieces. You'll work closely with designers, sales, and production teams to turn ideas and sketches into polished CAD files ready for casting or 3D printing.

Responsibilities

- Design and model jewelry pieces in MatrixGold based on sketches, references, or client specifications
- Build accurate, wearable, and manufacturable 3D models (correct wall thickness, prong strength, stone settings, etc.)
- Create renderings for client approval and sales presentations
- Prepare and export files for casting, 3D printing, or CNC production
- Collaborate with stone setters, model makers, and production staff to ensure design feasibility
- Make revisions based on client or team feedback in a timely manner




- Maintain organized files and version history for all projects
- Stay current with jewelry manufacturing techniques and CAD best practices

Requirements

- 2–5 years of skilled experience using MatrixGold for jewelry design
- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes (casting, stone setting, finishing)
- Solid grasp of gemstone specifications and setting types (prong, bezel, pave, channel, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret sketches, technical drawings, or verbal design briefs
- Positive eye for proportion, symmetry, and wearability
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills for collaborating with designers and production teams

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience with additional CAD software (Rhino, JewelCAD, or 3Design)
- Familiarity with rendering/lighting setups (KeyShot or similar)
- Experience preparing files for 3D printing (resin printers)
- Portfolio of previous jewelry CAD work

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
