Role Overview
We are looking for a technically capable, detail-oriented Scrum Master to support and monitor our global sales team. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role — you will be embedded in daily sales operations, owning CRM governance, process compliance, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily Scrum calls with sales representatives across regions — tracking leads, follow-ups, offers, and deal progress
- Onboard every new sales hire onto Fouress CRM protocols — explain workflows, field usage standards, data entry rules, and reporting expectations
- Monitor sales executives for adherence to all CRM procedures and escalate non-compliance
- Actively use Zoho CRM daily — create, update, and audit records as needed
- Track and report on sales KPIs using Power BI dashboards
- Identify process gaps and flag them to management with data to back it up
- Maintain documentation of CRM SOPs and update them as protocols evolve
- Coordinate between sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure pipeline visibility
Requirements
- 2–4 years in a sales coordination, CRM operations, or Scrum/project coordination role
- Hands-on experience with any CRM; Zoho CRM is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools
