We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
