We need an accountant for a CA firm located in Churchgate for the following roles:

(1)Accounts on Tally: From basic accounting entries and invoicing to higher levels of Tally, including extracting useful management information reports from Tally to Trial Balance, Ledger Scrutiny, Inter-firm and third party accounts reconciliation and lastly to prepare the Final P & L and Balance Sheet and pass various closing entries.

(2) GST part of Tally: Tally for GST invoicing, GST Credit Notes/ Debit Notes, online GST payment every month after extracting details from Tally and reconciling with excel sheet kept, Also experience in using Tally for filing various types of GST returns and in ITC credits on GST websites.

(3) Payroll part of Tally: Using Tally for recording the attendance, setting up a new employee pay and other details in Tally, including the PF, ESIC, PT and other deductions, preparing the entire PayRoll including the Accounting entries in Tally, using Tally ledger account for paying PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc. to various Government Authorities and passing entries.



Preparing TDS Return from Tally.

(4) Other Areas of Tally: Passing each and every type of accounting entry, Periodical inter-firm settlements, working out Tax audit details from Tally, etc. etc.

(5) Banking and Finance: Dealing with the Banks in all aspects, net banking payments of Government and non-government types, funds management and transfers.

The notice period shall be 3 months for this role.
