We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Shopify Catalog & Merchandising Manager to manage our Shopify storefront for an international fashion eCommerce brand. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience maintaining large product catalogs, optimizing product merchandising, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

This role is best suited for someone who has worked with international fashion or apparel brands operating on Shopify websites and has managed 1,000+ SKUs. Candidates with experience limited to marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Myntra, Flipkart, or eBay will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain a large Shopify product catalog with a focus on accuracy and organization.
- Upload and update products, pricing, inventory, SKUs, images, and product information.
- Create and manage collections, categories, navigation, and merchandising strategies.
- Configure product variants including sizes, colors, styles, and other attributes.
- Create and maintain Shopify metafields, tags, and custom product data.
- Perform bulk product imports, exports, and updates using CSV files and Shopify tools.
- Organize product collections to improve user experience and product discoverability.
- Monitor catalog quality and conduct regular audits to eliminate data inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams for current product launches and seasonal updates.
- Ensure all product pages meet quality standards before going live.

Required Qualifications





- 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify product catalogs.
- Experience working with international Shopify stores serving customers in the USA, UK, or Europe.
- Previous experience with a fashion, apparel, or clothing eCommerce brand is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing catalogs containing 1,000+ SKUs.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin, product variants, collections, tags, metafields, and inventory management.
- Experience with bulk CSV uploads and catalog maintenance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Matrixify, Shopify Search & Discovery, or Bulk Product Edit.
- Understanding of Shopify merchandising best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify SEO and Google Merchant Center.
- Experience supporting promotional campaigns, collection launches, and seasonal merchandising.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
