About the Role

PlanetSpark is hiring Academic Counselors, Education Counselors, Admission Counselors, Inside Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, Sales Counselors, Career Counselors and Student Counselors to guide parents in choosing the right learning programme for their children.

You will work with high-intent, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required. Through video counselling sessions, you will understand learner needs, recommend suitable programmes, answer questions and support parents throughout the enrolment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct video counselling sessions with parents and learners
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments
- Explain programme benefits and learning outcomes confidently




- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Update CRM accurately and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction

Who Can Apply

- Graduates with experience in Academic Counseling, Education Counseling, Admission Counseling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Business Development, Customer Success or B2C Sales
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Target-oriented professionals with consultative selling skills
- Confident in handling objections and building trust with parents
