Position: Accounts Operations Manager

Job Overview: Peejay Max is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Operations Manager with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks, including payment follow-ups, accounts receivables, client collections, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

. Oversee and manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

. Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, cash flow, and account reconciliations.

. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory regulations, audits, and other financial reporting requirements.

. Lead and mentor the accounts team while coordinating with internal departments, auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

. Monitor internal financial controls, identify process improvements,



and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

. Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or accounts operations, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and auditing.

. Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (such as Tally, SAP, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

. Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills with strong attention to detail.

Compensation:

· Salary CTC: ₹62,000 - ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)
