Graphic Designer – Urban Media (In office, Surat)

Location: Surat (On-site)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design creatives for Meta Ads, Instagram, landing pages, and other digital platforms
- Create static ads, carousels, story creatives, thumbnails, banners, and brand communication assets
- Work closely with the performance marketing and content team to create ad creatives that are sales-driven
- Understand ad angles, hooks, offers, and visual messaging that help improve ad performance
- Edit and repurpose existing creatives into multiple ad variations
- Create creatives aligned with current D2C, eCommerce, and social media trends
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across different client accounts
- Coordinate with the content, shoot, and video teams for campaign execution
- Be able to work on multiple brands and categories at the same time
- Take feedback quickly and adapt designs based on performance and team inputs

Salary: Depends on skills and experience
