Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Architect to join our dynamic design team in Ashok Nagar, Chennai.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on across all stages of a project—from conceptual site planning and technical 2D drafting to high-end 3D visualization and on-site execution. Whether you are an ambitious architect with 6 months of experience or a seasoned mid-level professional with up to 5 years in the industry, if you take pride in transforming design concepts into reality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities (Ultimate Requirements)

- Planning & Space Layouts: Develop comprehensive architectural plans, zoning layouts, and site concepts adhering to local Chennai building codes and client requirements.
- Designing: Conceptualize aesthetic, functional, and sustainable architectural design solutions for residential, commercial, or interior projects.
- Drafting & Technical Drawings: Produce accurate 2D working drawings, submission drawings, electrical/plumbing layouts, and construction details.
- 3D Rendering & Visualization: Create immersive 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renders for client presentations.




- Site Execution & Coordination: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure execution matches approved drawings, resolve technical challenges on-site, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and structural engineers.

Required Software Skills

You must be proficient in the following tools:

- AutoCAD (2D Drafting, Working Drawings)
- SketchUp (3D Modeling)
- Lumion / Enscape (Real-Time & High-Quality Rendering)
- Adobe Photoshop (Post-Production, Presentations & Mood Boards)
- Revit (Architectural Modeling)

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Degree: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch).
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and site coordination.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and local bylaws.
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage project timelines, and handle client feedback constructively.
