Position Overview

Shah Investors Home Ltd. (SIHL) is looking for a Product Manager – Trading & Wealth Products to own and drive the product strategy for the firm's core capital market offerings, including Equity, Futures & Options (F&O;), Margin Trade Funding (MTF), Mutual Funds, IPO, Bonds and related wealth products. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology and operations, and requires strong domain expertise in capital markets along with the ability to translate customer and business needs into a well-prioritized, executable product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for the Trading Platform and Mobile App, covering Equity, F&O;, MTF, Wealth, Mutual Funds, IPO and Bonds.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories and customer journey maps for trading and investment workflows.
- Partner closely with Business, Operations, Compliance and Technology teams to scope, prioritize and deliver product enhancements on time.
- Define and track product KPIs — activation, adoption, engagement, retention and revenue — to measure the success of features and releases.
- Drive improvements in customer experience across onboarding (eKYC), trading,



portfolio tracking and investment journeys.
- Own the go-to-market plan for new product features, working with Marketing, Sales and Training teams for successful rollout and adoption.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and API/platform partners (trading terminals, CRM, CDP, LSQ and related systems) to ensure smooth, on-schedule product delivery.
- Work with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, compliant and conversion-friendly customer journeys across web and mobile.
- Ensure all product features comply with SEBI, NSE/BSE, AMFI, NSDL/CDSL and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings and customer feedback to identify current product opportunities and enhancements.
- Prepare and present product performance reviews, roadmaps and business cases to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong preference for candidates from broking, fintech, wealth-tech or capital markets backgrounds.
- Solid working knowledge of Equity, F&O;, MTF, Mutual Funds, IPO and Bonds products and their operational and regulatory context.




- Familiarity with SEBI regulations and processes relevant to trading, KYC, and depository operations (NSDL/CDSL).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams — Technology, Operations, Compliance, Sales and Customer Support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Desired / Good-to-Have Skills

- Prior experience with trading platforms, broking apps or wealth-tech products.
- Exposure to CRM, CDP, LSQ or similar customer engagement/marketing technology platforms.
- Familiarity with agile product delivery practices (sprints, backlog grooming, JIRA/Confluence or equivalent tools).
- Understanding of API-based integrations with exchanges, depositories, payment gateways or fintech vendors.
- NISM certification(s) relevant to capital markets (an added advantage).
