Video Editor – Roles & Responsibilities

- Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality final videos.
- Trim, arrange, and synchronize video clips, audio, and music.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, titles, captions, and visual effects.
- Perform color correction and color grading to maintain a consistent visual style.
- Enhance audio quality by reducing noise, balancing levels, and syncing voiceovers.
- Create content optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Review and revise edits based on client or team feedback.
- Organize and manage project files, footage, and backups efficiently.
- Stay updated with editing trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Videographer – Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute video shoots based on project requirements and creative briefs.
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, drones (where licensed), and other filming equipment.
- Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera angles for high-quality recordings.
- Capture interviews, events, promotional videos, product videos, and social media content.
- Ensure proper framing, composition,



focus, and exposure during filming.
- Scout and prepare shooting locations when required.
- Coordinate with directors, producers, and clients during production.
- Maintain and troubleshoot camera and production equipment.
- Manage on-site data backup and organization of recorded footage.
- Follow safety guidelines and production schedules during shoots.
- Assist in planning shot lists, storyboards, and production logistics.
- Deliver organized, high-quality footage to the post-production team.

Skills Required (Both Roles)

- Strong understanding of video storytelling and composition.
- Proficiency with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment (Videographer).
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects (Video Editor).
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced production environments.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
