Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outsourcing Marketing Executive with
1-2 years of experience to support business development and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting outsourcing services such as IT, or back-office solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns and networking.
- Research potential clients and maintain a qualified prospect database.
- Manage outbound marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Track leads and update CRM with accurate information.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years experience in outsourcing, B2B marketing, or business development.




- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Basic understanding of IT services, outsourcing, or digital solutions.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in selling outsourcing or IT services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
