1. RCC & Structural Work

- Execution and supervision of all RCC activities including footing, raft, columns, shear walls, beams, slabs, staircases, lift core, and overhead tanks.
- Checking reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting as per approved drawings.
- Monitoring cube testing, quality control, and concrete pouring activities.
- Coordination with consultants and structural engineers.

2. Finishing Works

- Supervision of blockwork, internal & external plaster, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, façade works, and landscaping.
- Coordination with plumbing, electrical, firefighting, HVAC, and lift contractors.
- Ensuring quality and timely completion of finishing activities.

3. Planning & Billing

- Preparation of daily progress reports (DPR), weekly and monthly schedules.
- Quantity estimation and material reconciliation.




- Contractor billing verification and certification.
- Preparation of BBS, BOQ, work orders, and rate analysis.

4. Coordination & Documentation

- Handling GFC drawings and shop drawings.
- Coordination with architects, consultants, developers, and subcontractors.
- Maintaining site records, checklists, inspection reports, and MIS reports.

5. Safety & Quality

- Ensuring implementation of safety procedures and quality standards.
- Conducting site inspections and resolving technical issues.
- Monitoring project progress as per approved timelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
